Initiators Recover-E® ProgramThe Recover-E® Program is established in 2013 and was a joint initiative between Royal HaskoningDHV and SiSo, who set up the Recover-E® Foundation for the sustainable reuse of depreciated ICT equipment. The foundation has involved other organisations to define and agree its objectives, described above:
- The Recover-E® Foundation act as a chain manager and is supported by SiSo in the operation of the Recover-E® Program
- We worked in collaboration with the Delft University of Technology and other knowledge institutions in the field of innovation
- Our partnership with the Salvation Army is focused on reintegrating people who may never have been in the labour market, or out of it for some time
- Business users of ICT hardware achieve a transparent chain and can influence the future of their ICT products via the Recover E Foundation
- The Recover-E® Program and Foundation have been made possible through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)
